One of Jacksonville’s favorite springtime traditions returns!

The 52nd annual Home Tour presented by The Historic Collective is set for April 11-12, 2026. The annual event is a major fundraiser for RAP, inviting visitors on a curated tour of a handful of the city’s most beautiful private homes.

Prior to the Home Tour weekend, join us on Thursday, April 9 for the Garden Tour Twilight Party presented by Good Condition for an evening of celebratory drinks, hors d’oeuvres and light music to kick off RAP’s biggest event of the year!

This year’s Twilight Party is hosted in a private exterior living space in the Arden section of the Avondale historic district. The home will also be featured on the Home Tour. With views of the St. Johns River and Fishweir Creek, the homeowner is excited to invite you into the home and learn more about the extensive renovations recently completed.
