Headlined by Levon, a country-rock trio who has opened for stars such as Willie Nelson, Lady A and Florida Georgia Line, the Music Tour will connect attendees with the musical legacy and history of 5 Points by exploring eight stages throughout the neighborhood!

Luminaria, RAP’s signature holiday tradition, returns this year for its 41st annual event on Sunday, Dec. 21.
Every year, an artist is selected to create the design of Luminaria. We are now searching for the 2025 featured artist!

While we are not responsible for policing or approving exterior renovations in the Riverside Avondale district, we are your resource for understanding the historic district guidelines and what steps must be taken to receive a Certificate of Appropriateness (COA) from the City of Jacksonville.
