Experience One of Jacksonville’s Springtime Traditions

The 51st Annual Home Tour returns this April! Hosted by Riverside Avondale Preservation, this signature event invites you to explore a curated selection of the Jacksonville’s most stunning private homes and businesses—all while supporting the preservation of these historic neighborhoods.

Ticket Details:

  • Each ticket grants one-time admission to all participating homes on either Saturday or Sunday.
  • $25 in advance | $30 day-of event (after 8 am)

How to Begin Your Home Tour

Where do I start? Anywhere! You can begin your tour at any participating home. A list of properties and a map will be sent to all ticket purchasers the week of the event.

What to Bring:

  • Your phone or a printed copy of your online ticket purchase from 904Tix.
  • Visit any participating home to check in and receive (while supplies last):
    • A physical ticket with all home addresses
    • A tri-fold guide/map of properties on the tour
    • A copy of Jacksonville Magazine’s “Home” issue, featuring photos and histories of the properties

Rain or shine – the event will go on!

How to Tour

  • Self-Guided: No set route—plan your day with the provided map.
  • Best Way to Tour? Biking! The 12 tour properties span 2.3 miles total.
  • Parking Concerns? Consider booking a guided tour with Go Tuk’n or Art Bikes Jax (includes admission).

Additional Tickets

Tickets will be available on site at each property or at the RAP House during the event, cash or check. You can always purchase additional tickets on 904Tix from your phone at anytime.
