Allan DeVault

Born and raised in Riverside Avondale, Allan returned in 2000 after studying management at the College of Charleston and a five-year stint in the tourism industry of historic Savannah. After working for Biscottis and bb’s restaurant group for ten years, he and business partners opened Black Sheep, one of Riverside’s popular eateries, and is involved with Black Sheep at Intuition and Bellwether downtown. When not at work, Allan is involved with the 5 Points Merchants Association, Jacksonville Urban Agriculture and various RAP committees and events. He is the 2017 Luminaria Committee Chair.
